At a time when cameras come and go so quick, how do older models perform and compare today? Are they still good tools for photographers? These are the questions that Faizal Westcott sought to answer in his video above, using the Fujifilm X100F as an example. If you’ve been curious about shooting with this camera, you might find his insights useful.

The Fujifilm X100F came out in 2017. And yet, it continues to attract the interest of today’s photographers, especially those who are into street photography and compact cameras. So, Westcott covered some important details that make this camera a good choice to this day. These include the image quality, the price, the 35mm focal length and the presence of dials and d-pads.

Part of what makes the five-year-old X100F a great camera to this day for Westcott is its portability. It allowed him to bring the camera everywhere, which was crucial to improving his street photography. As he mentioned, a camera that inspires you to shoot daily or regularly is always a great option.
