Has Pixelmator reached the level of maturity to truly compete with Photoshop for portrait retouching?
Hard to say… depends how much of a power use you are. Its impressive and affordable… but certainly not feature for feature parity.
Thanks, Richard. I wasn’t really expecting perfect parity, but if you need to smooth wrinkles, patch up blemishes and even up skin tone, can Pixelmatr handle the job?
The content aware tools in PS are awesome. The cloning in Pixelmator works well. Not as easy to match color but not hard. Download demo and try both tools to compare.
