When I first set out to write The Visual Palette, my hope was that it would serve as a guide for all of the photographers out there who strive to identify what their unique visual style looks like. One of the most important steps in this journey is starting with the basics of composition and allowing yourself to grow from there. Building atop the core principles of composition, you eventually find yourself making allies with perspective and distortiontwo friends who can have a material impact on how you frame your photo… if you allow it.
