Photo Plus is gone. The BILD Expo 2023 will thrill and delight photographers at the Javits Center on Sept. 6 and 7th.
B&H, the camera, video, audio and lighting superstore, is bringing a new expo to photographers. BILD Expo 2023 is just two crosstown blocks from the B&H superstore. This show has something for every image maker (BILD in Yiddish means “image”) and other creatives.
BILD Expo 2023 Exhibitors
The big three mirrorless makers, Canon, Nikon and Sony, are platinum sponsors, ensuring their booths will have the latest and greatest cameras and lenses. Gold sponsor Sigma and silver sponsor Tamron will be showing what’s new in lenses.

Speakers
No photo exhibition is complete without learning opportunities for attendees. BILD Expo 2023 has tons of presenters. Sixty photographers, ambassadors and experts will teach from four show stages. The roster guarantees nonstop learning for everyone.
Ambassadors
Canon, Nikon, Sigma, Sony, Dell, Godox and Luxli ambassadors will be there. They will be in their company’s booths to answer questions and on stage, too!
Photowalks
Photowalks are featured events at the show. Leica, Canon, Fujifilm, Lumix, Nikon, Sony and Olympus are some who provide photowalk leaders for the event. Photowalks are great for taking pictures. They are also for exploring, experiencing and learning more about photography. Shooting in New York is inspirational.
50 years of B&H
B&H is celebrating 50 years of helping photographers and other creatives get the gear and knowledge they want to have successful careers and fulfilling hobbies.
It all started in 1973 when Herman and Blimie (the original B&H) opened a camera store on Warren Street in New York. The rest is, as they say, “history!” This links to a timeline that is very revealing. There are also customer stories, including one about a certain space agency.

Badges can be printed at the BILD kiosk using the QR code in your confirmation email. Badges can be picked up at the B&H SuperStore on Monday, Sept. 4, from 11 a.m. til 6 p.m. or on Tuesday, Sept. 5, from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Luxli
I’ll be in the Dell booth at the BILD Expo, showing Luxli LED light portrait and headshot photography. Bring your camera, drop by, make some pictures and experience a total shooting-to-printing workflow.
I’ll also present “Photographing with Continuous Light” on the Depth of Field stage on Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 5 p.m.
