Tonight, Tamron announced a new 150-500mm f/5-6.7 ultra-telephoto lens for Sony full-frame mirrorless cameras. The lens marks Tamron’s first entry into ultra-telephotos for the Sony E-mount system. Marketed as “compact enough for comfortable handheld shooting,” the lens features Tamron’s VC (Vibration Compensation) and a VXD (Voie-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) linear motor
