Whether you call it rolling shutter, sensor shake, or just Jello... the problem remains the same. The possibility of bending and distorting your image when recording video on a DSLR or Mirrorless camera is a real issue... particularly if you pan too fast. This can lower the quality of the video you shoot and make a shot potentially unusable. I'm no Joe McNally - and accordingly, I don't get paid to shoot with Nikons and don't yet have a D4. As close as I can come is reading the same spec sheet you do. If you look at ALL my posts about new cameras, you'll see that I always say the same thing - I'll reserve final judgment until I use it for a while.
