Here is a really quick and easy way to add neon signs to your images using Adobe Photoshop, using the shape tool and outer glow.
Don’t forget you can make you sign any color by using the Hue/ Saturation adjustment layer. You can also add a layer mask and remove some of this layer on your subject for a more subtle look too.
