Skylum recently added the cool Neon & Glow feature to Luminar Neo (1.14.0 update) and I couldn’t help but play with it. I downloaded a cool car image from Unsplash to use (I’m not really much of a car photographer, but I thought it could look cool) and imported it into Neo for a play.

Using a little bit of patience and a steady hand, and spending longer than just a minute, you could get really creative with this tool. I really like the fact that you can draw in exactly where you want this feature, as opposed to letting the software do all the work.
