Why I picked this image: We don’t see a lot of long exposure photography in the street photography world. In general a long exposure in street photography would be below 1 second to add some motion blur while still retaining a focus on a fairly sharp subject. But this image taken by Andre is a much longer exposure on a tripod at night.
If you happen to find a static subject sitting on a bench without moving too much, you can get a shot like this. This is not your classic street photography photo, but I picked it as an example that photography of people in public space can cover a wide variety of creative approaches.
