Contrived photo shoots and intricately designed set-ups have never interested me, rather it is the uncertainty of street photography that continues to stimulate. The idea that I can leave the house one morning and come home at the end of the day with a photo that will be with me forever constantly drives and excites me.

It’s why I love photojournalism
You mean a woman dressed like a burlesque dancer astride a Harley with a boa constrictor, light painted in HDR?
I don’t know John… that sounds pretty hot.
I think the key take away of this statement is to do/shoot whatever “drives and excites” you. However you create or seek out those scenes is up to you. A street scene with a burlesque dancer, old timey muscle man, a Harley and a boa (feather & constrictor) with a touch of HDR just sounds fun, to me :-)
