Loved this podcast! Listen regularly on iTunes. So many great topics today. If you’re in business insure yourself and gear. It’s the right thing to do and it is valid expense!
When it comes to answering phones I heard years ago and love the title for receptionists should be “Director of First Impressions”. I came out of 3 decades in b2b through industrial channels. Now moved to b2b in photographic field.
Keep up the great show!!
