This tutorial walks through a sample three-light photo shoot for a sports portrait, showing how to angle and position lights to create hard shadows and provide a sense of drama. Then it explains how to do some quick post-processing work in Lightroom, such as adjusting vibrance and contrast.

I wonder if that would make a wonderful composition for a toddler? If the room was completely dark and just set up studio lights? I might try it and see what happens.
