Why I picked this image: This image by Torsten is a perfect match of the title “city walk.” You have a city in the background and people walking in the foreground.
I like the creative decision in this image that it was exposed in a way that the people are only visible as dark silhouettes but with just enough motion blur to give it a city dynamic while still containing enough detail in the people. I also like the timing here as it let’s the people appear to interact with each other. And lastly you see four silhouettes at a perfect 90° angle where you can see all 4 noses on the faces. That is pretty hard to archive in busy street situations.
