Why I picked this image: A street photo that spurs my interest in finding out more about the scene or the person that is shows always catches my attention. And this image certainly does fall into that category.
Alexander’s image caught my attention because it is a great mixture of what it does and what it does not show. You can see a car and Chinese writing in the neon sign. So it is safe to assume that this image was captured in China or in a China town. And then you have the blurry silhouette of a person in the foreground behind shattered glass. Now put all these pieces into a context and think of what story this scene can tell? My story involves an agent, a gun shot (shattered glass) and the mysterious luxury car on the neon lit streets of a Chinese metropolitan.
What story do you see in this image?
