Why I picked this image:

Baker Street station is a popular place for photographers. The old brick walls with the benches and overhead window openings make for an interesting architectural scene.

What I found interesting in this image is that Paul decided to expose for the highlights in this fairly dark scene and this only allows us to see the contours of each one of the three people on the three benches. Like everyone got his or her own space – that’s why Paul probably named the image “Cocooned”.

And as an extra bonus, I like the pigeon that is walking close to the center on the edge of the platform.

Good job on putting a different point of view onto a much-photographed scene!
