Photographer: Thomas Pivovarnik
I chose this photo because it is a beautifully classic moment that Thomas captured expertly. He captured joy and excitement. Everything is clear and in focus, which I can tell you is not always easy when the rice is being thrown. Sometimes focusing systems get tricked with all the moving parts. Bravo, Thomas!
