Isn’t the tool the same as the Spot Removal Tool in the standard tool pallette? What’s the benefit of using the Camera Raw filter then the SRT?

No real benefit, Danny if you’re already accustomed to the tool in the standard way. Definitely a matter of preference, yet a great up-front place to take care of these issues. I find it has virtually eliminated the need the tool, at least within my own layered workflow.
