We’re seeing lots of new features in the latest Lightroom Classic software update from Adobe. One small addition is the Mask Amount slider. This allows the user to adjust the intensity of the edits applied to your local adjustments.
Nothing too difficult to learn here; each mask that you edit can now be adjusted. Using the Amount slider will decrease (slide left) or increase (slide right) the intensity of the mask.
Thank you! I’ve always used Photoshop and only recently moved to Lightroom as you get quicker editing but I still have to get familiar with these masks.
It’s a bit of a learning curve, the masks are far better these days than they were a year or so ago
