Know the rules well, so you can break them effectively.
Dalai Lama XIV
In this shot, I went against the rule of thirds and followed a more center-weighted idea mixed with the compositional element of repetition. The repetition brought perspective and more focus onto the model’s face.
I used a Canon 5DMKIII with a 85mm lens and post processed through Lightroom 5 with film-like techniques.
