My photography is a reflection, which comes to life in action and leads to meditation. Spontaneity – the suspended moment – intervenes during action, in the viewfinder.
I’ve often thought of photography a marvelous tool for mindfulness. It can be just that, whenever i so decide.
Close observation is big part of my mindfulness practice, even without my camera in hand.
